As you can see from the photos below, the damage to the up-and-over shutter door and surrounding wall cladding was extensive. Unfortunatley, the damage was more than skin deep. The door was unable to be used causing significant disruption to this Nuneaton based haulage company.
First we removed the damaged sheets, cladding and associated flashings. Then we installed a combination of plastisol coated steel sheeting and cladding of three different colours. Finally we fitted new soffit flashing and new cill drip flashing.
The project was undertaken very quickly… from first contact, to site survey and fitting. The installation of the new wall cladding was completed in only two days. Now the door is working perfectly. Good as new. Another happy Roofwise customer.

This was a great project for the Roofwise team. Over the past week, our roofers braved the worst of the British winter weather to install this large 400 sq. meter flat roof on a newly refurbished commercial property in the heart of Leicester on New Walk.
The roof is constructed from a 120mm thick PUR insulation board and three layers of a high performance torch applied felt roof system.
